"The goal of my work is to create actual structures in consciousness that can support a new stage of human development. And the way these structures are created is through individuals endeavoring to consciously cultivate a deeper and higher perspective in relationship to life. In the teaching of Evolutionary Enlightenment, that perspective would mean that you see your own life not as an isolated personal affair, but in the context of your extraordinary potential to participate in the evolutionary process together with others for the sake of the evolution of consciousness itself. And this is a perspective and a position that has to be consciously and intentionally cultivated by each and every one of us. It's not our natural state, it's not our habitual position, and it's not our normal orientation in relationship to self and life.

Spontaneous eruptions of higher states of consciousness, however powerful they may be, only prove what is possible. Unless the structures of a new stage are actually built, individually and collectively, no matter how high we fly, inevitably we're going to fall back to the level of development we are accustomed to living at, which usually has very little to do with the evolution of consciousness itself. But if each individual consciously cultivates a higher perspective within their own self, with heroic effort, intention, and commitment, and then comes together with others who are also aspiring to the same noble goal, the evolution of consciousness in real time will actually begin to occur."
