Room Specs
Function Room
The main function room (900 sq ft) is a semi-circular space that accommodates up to 100 people for lecture style presentations, or table seating for 40. The room was designed with special acoustical considerations to minimize external sound and distraction. The open ceiling design provides additional lighting mounts for video and photography events. The room is also fully equipped for audiovisual presentations.
Meeting Rooms
There are four meeting rooms of different sizes and layouts (140 to 240 sq ft). The rooms can accommodate 6-12 people for break out sessions and small group discussions. Some include built-in desk areas for office use.
Reception/Entrance
The entrance / reception area (320 sq ft) offers a warm welcome to any venue. It is ideally suited for educational, promotional or marketing displays to introduce your guests to your event.
Gallery
The gallery is spacious and winding, with expansive, curved walls and dramatic angles. It widens into an atrium at the back entrance, with high ceilings and large windows. The main gallery area (700 sq ft) was designed as a space for informal, spontaneous discussions, ideal for between-session interactions and social receptions.
Kitchen
The kitchen (330 sq ft) is an open design and is fully functional with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and enough space to make it ideal for catered events. There is also a coat area and storage closet for personal items.
